How do I register for a course?


You may register online or in person by appointment. The course fee must be paid in full at the time of registration and is


The only circumstance under which we issue a refund is if a course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment.

Note that when you register online you will receive a 10% discount.


I am unable to attend the course for which I've already registered. What should I do?

Since we do not issue refunds, you may join another scheduled class (we need 72 hours advance notice for the cancellation) or you can transfer your spot within a class to another individual.


How do I make up for a missed lesson?


If a student misses a class due to unavoidable circumstaces, we may offer only one make-up class per student per course at our discretion.

Students are encouraged to check the calendar and contact us to join the make up lesson.


I have decorated a few cakes. Do I need to take the first course?


We recommend that you start from the first course if you have not taken any cake decorating courses before. The courses are designed step by step to accomadate any individiual with little or no experience in the cake decorating field. The key to become a perfect decorator is to follow the courses designed by the experts.


How many students are in a class?

We have a maximum limit of 12 students per class to provide a better learning experience.


What should I bring?


Students who are attending the first lesson in Course I are required to bring a notebook and a pen. Students who are joining course II, III, and IV will recieve the supply list via email once the registration is complete.


What should I wear?


Comfortable clothing with non-slip shoes are reccomended. Long hair should be tied up. Students are required to bring an apron to each lesson.

  • As a courtesy to teachers and students in the class, you are required to turn off your cell phone.

  • We reserve the right to substitute instructors, cancel or change class anytime

  • If you transfer a class within 72 hours of a class start date, a $25.00 administration fee will be charged.
