In addition to our certified courses, we offer one-day workshops. All materials are provided for these workshops:

Tiered Cakes and Latest Fondant Trends $165.00​ 

This workshop includes the edible fabric bow technique, fondant bark effect, wafer paper flowers, airbrushing, and doweling and cake stacking. We will also discuss everything you need to know about wedding cakes, including the fondant measurement guide, the cake serving guide, transportation of cakes, cake pricing, and more.

Fondant Fun $99.00 

Students learn the basics of how to work with fondant, covering a six-inch cake, and personalize your creation by adding flowers, leaves, borders and more. In the end, you'll be taking home your delicious creation.  

Over the Top Cupcakes $99.00

Turn the average cupcakes to the next level. Learn unique ways to dress up cupcakes with a wide variety of fondant techniques.

Geode Cake $99.00

Construct a beautiful geode cake topper, and learn to sculpt cakes to display your work. This one-day workshop will involve techniques including sugar work, isomalt, and more.

Sweet Table Workshop $99.00

In this class, master the techniques of cakepop making and decorating, creating chocolate-covered Rice Krispies, Oreos, pretzels, and strawberries to create the sweet table of your dreams.  

Mixed Media Workshop $99.00

Learn wafer paper conditioning, alcohol-free painting, and how to create edible lace from scratch. This class also covers how to make rice paste, and create a rice paste peony flower.

High-heel shoe $99.00 

Learn how to create a stunning cake topper using fondant. You get to decorate according to your taste or replicate a brand name style.

Fun with Cookies $75.00

Learn how to make a perfect batch of royal icing and get the right consistency for cookie decorating. Decorate 7 different designs to take home with you.
