If you are a beginner or self-taught decorator, this is where you should start the journey.

​​Prepare Buttercream icing and convert to 3 different consistencies

A brief introduction on how to bake a great cake, troubleshooting guide

Learn to level, tort, fill and frost a cake with shape edges.

Bag preparation, pressure control

Decorating techniques: Star, Shell Border, Rosette, Drop Flowers, Daisy, Sunflower, Zinnia, Rose

Writing and Printing

Leaves and Grass

Fill and decorate cupcakes

Complete a cake using the above techniques in class.

Take a step towards the possibilities of creating vibrant shades and varieties of flowers.
 
Learn how to make royal icing

Piped flowers using royal icing: Rose, Rose-bud, Half-rose, Apple Blossom, Violet, Pansy, Easter Lily, and Poinsettia

Making a cone out of a parchment triangle

Basketweave technique, Reverse shell, rope, and classic ruffle border

Final cake: Basket of Flowers

Tiered Cakes and Latest Fondant Trends $175.00​ 

This workshop includes the fondant bark effect, Edible moss, wafer paper butterflies, handmade mushrooms, twigs, airbrushing, doweling, and cake stacking. We will also discuss everything you need to know about wedding cakes, including the fondant measurement guide, the cake serving guide, transportation of cakes, cake pricing, and more.

This flexible paste is easy to work with as flower petals won't break easily. Learn to create timeless Rose, Rosebud, and Rose Leaves in detail. How to make rice paste from scratch will be demonstrated in class.

Learn how to create a stunning edible cake topper. You get to decorate according to your taste or replicate a brand name style. Terrazzo texture is used to create the Shoebox and add edible tissues to complete the look
